*If you purchase a 3 year preventive maintenance agreement this is up to a $550.00 value per A/C unit.
Annual Preventive Maintenance Procedure (PMP):
- Clean-out drain line (A $90 VALUE)
- Check operating pressures for proper Freon level.
- Check electrical controls for burning, cracking & pitting.
- Check and adjust blower components.
- Fan belts checked and adjusted as needed.
- Check for proper air flow.
- Lubricate motors where applicable.
- Tighten all electrical connections.
- Check voltage & amperage on motors.
- Rinse condenser coils.
- Check temperature in & out of the cooling coil
- Clean or change air filter (customer provided)
- LABOR TO CHANGE UV BULB (AS NEEDED MUST BE REPLACED DURING ANNUAL VISIT) A $90 VALUE

Terms & Conditions:
- Repairs are guaranteed for 30 days from date of repair.
- Priority service is provided within 24 hours from time of call.
- Repairs & services are provided during the hours 8am - 5pm, Mon-Fri.
- This agreement is non-transferable and non-refundable.
- PMPs are performed from October through March.
- An overtime rate will be in effect outside of our regular business hours.
- Equipment will not be serviced if weather conditions make unsafe.
